Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknis analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif korelatif berupa uji mean (rata-rata hitung). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Toko Sepatu Bata dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik probability sampling.pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Uji Validitas dan Uji Reabilitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis regresi Berganda, Uji F, dan Uji T.
