DAMPAK AKTIVITAS PERKULIAHAN KAMPUS STIE JB TERHADAP PERKEMBANGAN UMKM DI SEKITAR LINGKUNGAN KAMPUS STIE JB

This research aims to determine the difference in income of MSME actors around the STIE JB campus during the active lecture period and during semester breaks and the existence of the STIE JB campus provides a multipier effect value on the development of MSMEs around the campus environment. The method used in this research is the descriptive method. The data collection techniques used by researchers were observation, questionnaires and interviews. The analytical tool used in this research is analysis based on paired t-Test tests with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics v25, two types of multipliers, namely Local Keynesian Income Multiplier and Income Multiplier Ratio Type I. Based on the results of the t-Test, the research shows that there are no differences in income There are significant numbers of MSME actors around the STIE JB campus during active lecture periods and during semester breaks. The results of the Keynesian Local Income Multiplier and Income Multiplier Ratio Type I analysis show that the STIE JB campus provides a Multiplier Effect value on the development of MSMEs in the surrounding area.

This research aims to determine the role of the Mimika Regency Pig Breeding Community Consumer Cooperative on the welfare of its members and the factors inhibiting cooperatives in improving members' welfare. This research is descriptive research with data collection techniques using observation, interviews and document checklist techniques. The data analysis instrument used in this research is Triangulation. The research results show that the Mimika Regency Pig Breeders Community Consumer Cooperative plays a fairly good role in improving the welfare of its members. These roles are: subsidizing livestock feed and vitamins, providing livestock seeds at relatively cheap prices compared to market prices, as well as establishing partnerships with government institutions to support operations and providing slaughter depots in the market as well as providing training to members on how to raise livestock properly.

This research aims to determine the factors that determine the choice of location for furniture business in the city of Timika. This research uses a descriptive method. Data collection used a questionnaire sourced from furniture business actors int the city of timika with a sample size of 60 respondents. The data analysis technique uses the confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) method using the SPSS version 26 application tool. The measurement result show that all the indicators tested are confirmed to form factors of accessibility, resources, transportation costs and goverment regulations. With the most dominant factor in determining the location of a furniture business in Timika city, namely the accessibility factor.

This research aims to determine effective marketing strategies based on the socio-economic characteristics of customers at Mulia Jaya Hotels to increase sales. The method used is descriptive. In this research, the data collection techniques used were questionnaires and observations. To find out marketing strategies based on the social economic characteristics of customers at the Mulia Jaya hotel, the analytical instruments used were statistical analysis in the form of data tabulation and SWOT analysis. The results of this research show that the marketing strategy based on the social economic characteristics of Mulia Jaya hotel customers is located in quadrant III of the WO strategy, which has alternative strategies such as increasing promotions via social media, improving the quality of management and improving the approach and communication to consumers.

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of village funds for economic development and infrastructure development in East Mimika District. The research method used in this research is descriptive research method. The data used are qualitative data and quantitative data, which were collected using observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. To measure the effectiveness of village funds for rural economic and infrastructure development in the East Mimika District, an effectiveness analysis tool was used, developed according to the objectives of this research. The results of this research show that the effectiveness of village funds for rural economic and infrastructure development in the East Mimika District in terms of indicators of timeliness, accuracy of cost calculations, accuracy in determining goals and accuracy of targets is very effective.
